Here are some quick tips!
Breathing. To do this, stop what you’re doing and focus on breathing. Sit up straight and place a hand on your stomach. Breathe in through the nose and exhale slowly through the mouth. (Long, deep breaths.) Do this a few times, and you will begin to calm down and fell less stressed.read more
